Recipe: Very Moist Chocolate Cake

Try this super moist chocolate pound cake recipe, very easy to make & delicious. Cut down on fat and sugar recipe.

1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Butter (softened)
2 Eggs
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 cup Milk
2 cup Flour
1 cup cocoa powder or Milo powder
1 tsp Baking soda

Blend sugar & butter in mixer until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time. Put Mayonnaise into mixture. Pour shifted dry ingredients and milk into the mixer and blend in low speed for a minute. Pour mixture into greased pan.
Bake in oven at 350C for 35 mins.

Beware of cheap electric wires

Due to rise in copper price, some dishonest companies are using impure copper to manufacture electric wires that are unsafe to use. Beware of cheap priced electric wires with poor quality that might catch fire and problems of electricity leakage at home.

PETROSAINS Twin Towers at KLCC

Petronas PETROSAINS is a fun science discovery centre located on the 4th floor of KLCC. There are lots of hands on experiments and equipments for children to explore. Prepare to spend at least 2.5 hours to walk through the whole centre. Children under age 5 are free. Centre closes on Monday often.

Cosmo's World Theme Park at Times Square Mall in KL

Theme park is located on the 5th floor of Times Square Mall. Children's rides are at 7th floor. It's a good place to occupy your children for half a day.

Massage stone road

Massage stone road that made of pebbles supposedly can stimulates the acupuncture point to improve health and blood circulation, but randomly walk the pebbles can actually lead to Plantar fasciitis. Diabetes, children, seniors and pregnant women should avoid walking on it.
