• Front door facing south or southwest is the best choice. 2nd choice is facing west.
• Never pick a house with front door facing northwest or southeast. House with front door facing this direction will make you poorer.
• Living room facing north or northeast is the best choice. 2nd choice is facing east. Never pick a house with living room facing northwest or southeast, which is the worst direction.
• Kitchen is important area in picking a good fengshui house. It should never be next to your front door or be in the center of the house, which could wash your wealth down to the drain. Kitchen means Fire in fengshui terms, so any water items facing kitchen area is considered inauspicious. E.g. vase with plants or flowers in water.
