Spice & Rice is at Georgetown area in Penang, 1 Greenhall. Restaurant is renovated from an old wooden house, so you are able to experience power cut off, on and off while dining. Food is just okay, not too spicy and oily. Main entree around rm18, surprisingly has more bones than meat in mutton and chicken dishes, taste is very close to Nasi Kandar.
