Developments in Bayan Lepas and Queensbay area

There are many developments going on in Bayan Lepas area in the past year. The revived Queensbay mall makes the Bayan Bay area look lively.

BayGarden houses have also been completed and OC obtained earlier this year. Among the very few gated and guarded community houses in Penang, it is considered as one of the nicest. Wait till you see the huge master bedroom and bathroom, can hardly find any contemporary layout like that in Penang.

Oh, what is going on there? more reclaimed land? really shocked to see this view while on Penang Bridge.
