I see, it's a very convenient location to Bayan Lepas factories/offices and to shopping area. There are only a few guarded community houses in Penang and this one is the nicest of all. Nowadays will be safer to live in one of those houses which you can call security guards anytime 24hrs..
I went to checkout the show unit, all units at BayGarden sold out already!!
