Kids Respond Best to Cash Reward From Parents

When parents offer cash to their children for achieving A's and B's in school exams, their children's grades soared. Rewards should be based on weekly progress.
Adults who promise money, gifts or privileges say that their children study harder. They are also able to learn that rewards require hard work.
