How to prevent hair loss

To rebuild hair faster & stronger, intake more of below:
-high protein seafood
-drink more water
-seaweed
-banana
-spinach/green veggies
-egg/dairy product
-wheat product
-yogurt
-beans
-garlic
-sardine

To avoid sudden hair loss:
-drink less alcohol
-reduce pressure/stress to avoid less flow of nutrient in blood to hair
-exercise more & deep breathing
-avoid coloring
-avoid imbalance diet
-drink more water
